Beschreibung von: Hak getrocknete Erbsen
Getrocknete erbsen sind fettarm, proteinreich und eine Quelle für Ballaststoffe. Also eine gesunde Wahl!.
Grundlegende Erbsensuppe
(2 bis 3 Personen)
Bedarf: 250 g Erbsen, 1 Liter Wasser, 1 kleine geschnittene Zwiebel, 100 g Suppengemüse, Salz oder Brühwürfel.
1. Sie müssen die Erbsen nicht einweichen, sondern nur waschen und mit dem Wasser langsam zum Kochen bringen.
2. Ab dem Moment, in dem die Erbsen kochen, kochen Sie sie etwa 1 bis 2 Stunden lang in einer geschlossenen Pfanne, bis sie auseinanderfallen und gar sind. Regelmäßig umrühren.
3. Fügen Sie das Suppengemüse hinzu und kochen Sie es weitere 20 bis 30 Minuten leicht.
Fügen Sie zusätzliches Wasser hinzu, wenn die Suppe zu dick wird.
Nach Belieben Salz oder Brühwürfel hinzufügen.

Basic pea soup
